How do I redeem a promo code?
Shortly after purchasing a promotional package, you will receive an email with a single-use redemption code for each subscription purchased. You can click the link in the email to activate your code.
If you are unable to activate your subscription, please send us your proof of purchase with the redemption code and we can activate it manually!
What if I already have mutualUp?
If you have a current subscription to MutualUp, you will have to wait until your current subscription expires to redeem the pioneer day promo code! In order to take advantage of the promo code, you will need to redeem the code at the end of your existing subscription. To make sure your current subscription doesn’t auto-renew, you must cancel your subscription. Follow the instructions below:
PLEASE NOTE: If you don’t see an option to cancel your subscription, that means that you have already successfully cancelled your subscription.
To cancel your MutualUp subscription on your iPhone:

- Tap Cancel Subscription.
